1. Products and Pricing

All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Due to the heavy and oversized nature of commercial gym equipment, shipping times and costs may vary significantly based on your location. Installation services are provided at an additional cost unless explicitly stated otherwise during the checkout process.

FitBulls is not liable for any delays in shipping caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom orders and personalized equipment are non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A mandatory 25% advance payment is collected at the time of checkout, with the remaining 75% due upon delivery. If you choose to return a product that is not damaged or defective, the actual transportation and logistics charges will be deducted from your 25% advance payment, and only the remaining balance of the advance will be refunded to you.

4. Warranty

All commercial equipment comes with a standard 1-year warranty on the frame and structural moving parts. Upholstery, grips, and cables are covered under a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
